Welcome to NOVAORA. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to our Terms of Service. We are an online clothing store serving customers in the KSA All prices are listed in Riyal and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Product colors and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings. We reserve the right to update prices, product details, and availability, and to cancel orders in cases such as stock issues, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraud. Orders may be paid through the payment methods available at checkout. We deliver across the KSA, with standard delivery generally taking 1–3 working days. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unused, unwashed, and has its original tags and packaging. Innerwear, sale items, and products marked “Final Sale” are non-returnable unless required by applicable law. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours with photos or video. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the issue was caused by NOVAORA. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after inspection. All website content, including images, logos, and product descriptions, belongs to NOVAORA and may not be used without permission.
